As 2022 comes to an end, it’s time for me to review what I’ve done during these last 365 days, and listening to podcasts has been part of it. I don’t know how many hours it sums up to but I’m sure the average is around 3–4 hours per week.
With that being said, here are the three top podcasters I’ve enjoyed the most, and some of my favorite episodes from them.
1. Huberman Lab — Andrew Huberman
Of course, Andrew had to be the top 1. His content is amazingly structured, well-explained, and really science-based. It cannot get much better than that!

Andrew Huberman, Ph.D. is a neuroscientist and tenured professor at Stanford School of Medicine with various significant contributions in different fields of science. By listening to his podcast you’ll see the passion he devotes to the topics of dopamine and sleep, among others, but he’ll make you care about those too.
