For the 2.61€ bowl, I remember I used chicken, lettuce, basmati rice, sweet potatoe, lentils, mozzarella and brocoli (both in veggie and sprouted form). It can obviously get a lot more expensive than that by using other foods like salmon or even caviar.
Regarding the kcals, I honestly didn’t even measure it. But if I had to guess, I’d say around 600. And answering your macro distribution question, I usually try to split it into 50-30-20 (carbs-proteins-fats). I am no expert yet so I might be wrong, but that distribution has been working well for me so far.
